“I had a roof leak due to faulty solar installation. I called several roofing companies and the only one that showed up was Penaloza. Within two days from my request, Arturo came out and gave me an estimate to pull the solar panels and repair the roof. Originally the estimate was for two sheets of plywood and 70 sq ft of shingles.”
“Due to the poor solar installation more area was involved. When the job was completed, it involved removing approximately 30 panels and pulling the shingles and decking under them. It took about 4 days to complete the repairs. They cleaned up every day and it looked as if nothing was out of place.”
“When finished they had replaced the solar panels. All is great. Leak stopped, solar panels are producing as they were before. I would use Penaloza again! They seem to be a full-service contractor. Arturo also gave me an estimate on repainting the house but will be waiting for a while on that. His price for both jobs was excellent!”
